Parallel to his involvement in music performance  Matthew is a STEMNET ambassador and a supporting member of the Computing At Schools groups. Formerly a  lecturer at Suffolk New College as part of the “Music Enrichment Program” and at University Campus Suffolk a lecturer in “Mobile Games Development”. Matthew C. Mr. Applegate taught me in my final year while on the BA (Hons) Computer Games Design Degree at University Campus Suffolk in Ipswich. Responsible for teaching mobile games development he overlooked the production of several Nintendo DS games being created by teams of students on the degree. We benefited greatly from his judgement and he showed an understanding of the industry which one can only obtain from experience plus he has continued to provide advice even after I had completed the degree.
