Meeting Imogen heap
The whole day was wonderful, from the moment I got there, there were cables and keyboards, and lights everywhere, I was like being in electronic music heaven, I was in Imogen’s world and it was wonderful.
I was nervous to say the least, not just about playing but also meeting Imogen, however, I was at ease as soon as I did, she was amazing, really friendly and really easy to talk to.
During Imogen’s rehersal/soundcheck I just wandered looking at all the amazing instruments and things. There were cables here there and everywhere.
After my set which I think went well, most people were laughing with me and not at me, I got to wander into the crowd and see what the audience saw, an amazing performer, perform her beautiful songs, Imogen was fantatic.
It was a huge compliment to have Imogen Heap let me open for her at the Brighton Dome. It was a excellent day and one I don’t think I will ever forget.
